Biography
Dr. Gregory A. Grillone is a leading expert in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, currently serving as the M. Stuart Strong and Charles W. Vaughan Professor and Chair at Boston University School of Medicine. Additionally, he is the Otolaryngologist-in-Chief at Boston Medical Center. He earned his medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in 1983 and completed his residency in Otolaryngology at Tufts University/New England Medical Center Hospitals in 1988. Dr. Grillone is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
His areas of clinical expertise include laryngology, airway disorders, and the management of head and neck tumors. Dr. Grillone's academic and research interests focus on innovative approaches for early detection and margin guidance in head and neck cancers, leveraging advanced imaging and diagnostic techniques
